Content Policy

1. Purpose

FAMEHERO is committed to maintaining a safe, trustworthy, and compliant platform for advertisers, publishers, and end-users. This Content Restrictions Policy defines categories of content that are prohibited or restricted on the FAMEHERO platform. It ensures compliance with applicable laws, protects the reputation of our publishers and advertisers, and upholds FAMEHERO's values of transparency and fairness.

2. General Principles

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring all submitted content is truthful, accurate, and lawful. In that respect, you must check the content that we prepare for you and request edits if necessary, before approving it for publication within a maximum of 7 days upon the content being submitted to you.

We will not publish any content for you unless it has been expressly approved by you through our platform, and we will regularly remind you by emails to provide edits or approve the final content.

If despite our reminders, you fail to approve the content within 7 days, we will keep reminding you through email for another 3 weeks (grace period). If for any reason, you do not approved the content at the end of the grace period, the content will not be published, and the service will be considered as completed. In such case, the placement slot may expire or roll over according to your plan.

We may, at our entire discretion, accept or reject orders, requests, and edits.

Advertisers warrant that their Content is truthful, accurate, legitimate, and does not misrepresent their products or services. Advertisers must not use FAMEHERO to publish Content that infringes on third parties' rights, or Content that is deceitful, hurtful, harmful, hateful, violent, discriminatory, or racist. Advertisers and Publishers shall not use the Platform to promote products or services or Content that are illegal. Furthermore, Advertisers shall not engage in deceiving marketing tactics.

FAMEHERO reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or ban any advertiser who violates this policy.

In accordance with the relevant regulations and the publishers' policies, your published content will usually be marked as sponsored content. Furthermore, we or the publishers may add specific warnings to the content, especially for restricted content.

3. Prohibited Content

The following categories of content are strictly prohibited on FAMEHERO:

• Illegal Products and Services - Any content that promotes unlawful activities, goods, or services in applicable jurisdictions
• Harmful, Misleading, or Deceptive Content - False or misleading claims, content designed to scam, misinform, or deceive users
• Violent, Hateful, Abusive, Harassing, Threatening, or Discriminatory Content - Hate speech, racism, or discriminatory material, content inciting violence, terrorism, or organized crime
• Adult Content and Services - Pornography, sexually explicit services, escort services, or adult entertainment
• Gambling and betting services (including lotteries, casinos, sports betting, fantasy betting)
• Unregulated or speculative financial services, including cryptocurrency tokens, exchanges, or promotions that lack proper licensing, with the exception indicated in next paragraph
• Tobacco, vaping, and related products
• Firearms, weapons, explosives, or military-grade equipment
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or unregulated pharmaceuticals
• Harmful or Unsafe Products - Products that endanger health, safety, or well-being (e.g., counterfeit goods, unsafe supplements, miracle cures)
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or third-party rights
• Political content or advocacy
• Charities

4. Restricted Content (Requires Approval)

Some categories may be permitted, but only under strict review or legal compliance conditions. Advertisers must seek explicit approval from FAMEHERO before publishing campaigns in these areas:

• Regulated financial services (banks, licensed trading platforms), NFTs, meme coins
• Alcohol advertising (subject to local laws and publisher rules)
• Health and wellness claims (must be supported by credible evidence and comply with local regulations)

For restricted content, we may, at our discretion and according to the laws, add specific warnings in the sponsored content text.

FameHero reserves the right to refuse, pause, or terminate campaigns that violate applicable laws, editorial standards, or platform policies. In such cases, the reservation fee remains non-refundable and the Advertiser may remain liable for work already completed.

5. Enforcement

FAMEHERO reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any content or campaign that violates this policy. Where required by law, FAMEHERO will report unlawful content and transactions to relevant authorities.

8. Updates

This content policy will be reviewed regularly and updated to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, or industry standards. Users will be notified of material updates.
